Ms. Cameron is an International Recording & Performing Artist (song playing is, "Help Me Forget" from her "This Woman's Heart" CD.) She is also a  devout believer in youth mentorship through the arts. Children all around the world have the same needs. The need to belong and to be believed in. Her non-profit organization, "ITS ALL AN ACT 2, INC., travels nationally and internationally establishing performing arts and sports programs for youth. She organized the Summer Camp for the Youth Sports Center in Lawrenceville, Georgia and taught a weekly Drama Class at Georgia Tech University to faculty and students.  Recently relocating to Tampa from Atlanta,  Diane will begin 2010 - 2011 Performing Arts Course at Venture I Studios in Largo and is also gearing up for a Youth Spring Break & Summer Music & Acting Camp.

On the international scene she will travel to Benin in November 2010 to continue her yearly International arts programsShe recently returned from Benin, West Africa where she worked with the artist in Africa and performed in the International Gospel and Roots Festival. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Diane Cameron had now made her home from Alabama to Atlanta, Georgia.  Diane has appeared all across the United States in performances and theater presentations. Venues in in San Destin, Florida at the San Destin Resort and Conference Center, Florabama as well as numerous private engagements and weddings along the Eastern Shore. She also performed for the Alabama Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce National Shrimp Festival. Other Alabama Eastern Shore appearances include Kiva Dunes, Beach Club, Guy's Gumbo, Oleander Resort, Marriott Grand Hotel, Legions Club, Theater 98 and more...Diane has produced several youth theatrical productions, was a guest on channel 44 Mobile's "Cover Stories" hosted by Nona Simmons. Diane has written several plays, published an environmental skit for the City of Mobile's "Keep Mobile Beautiful" organization and is writing a children's book "Fred & Felix" and an environmental play for children called 'TRASH TAWKIN" In her play the stars and the heroes are the recylable items who are looking for a "second chance" at life. Ms. Cameron says this play not only teaches kids to recycle, but it also makes the point of how to get along with others. Click here to view videos of the environmental theatrical presentations.

Diane was selected U.S.A. Artist in Residence to the Republic of Benin, West Africa She was subsequently invited to Durban and Johannesburg in as a result of being nominated by the International Music Organization KORA. Her self authored CD "The Reconciliation" was in competition with 50 Cent. Mariah Carey, Will Smith and Olivier.

The State of Alabama USA passed two Resolutions signed by the Honorable Bob Riley, Governor of recognizing Ms. Cameron’s theatrical and musical work with children. Click here to view resolution on line, and here for the second resolution.

Her original musical “WATER – WHEN KATRINA CAME”  became a vehicle helping victims cope with the loss and displacement from the hurricane’s aftermath. The play served as a perfect pilot for the camp as a support mechanism for the 200 + campers enrolled in the 5-week program at Truevine Baptist Church in Mobile. The camp was made possible by the American Red Cross National to provide cultural, educational, and emotional assistance to those young people who have been impacted by Hurricane Katrina, Ivan and Rita.
